At SmartUnit, we create modern and flexible light industrial business spaces that grow with your company. We develop and lease modern business units situated at strategic locations in and around major cities – easily accessible and optimally designed for today’s and tomorrow’s business operations.

We also work according to the same approach internationally. We are present in Austria, where we operate under the name Flexiparks, building light industrial parks and last mile hubs to the highest standards. Construction work on phase 2 of the Vienna North development is currently nearing completion – a model of modern, sustainable commercial space. The buildings have been awarded the DGNB Gold sustainability label.
