The site is strategically located between Charleroi and Namur and has direct access to the Sambre River. In addition, the plot has a high power capacity.

In 2021, SmartUnit acquired the 13-hectare site, which is intended for logistics and light industrial development. Approximately 2.8 hectares of the site has since been sold for the development of a battery park, which will support our further development of the site. Our ambition is to further develop the site into a state-of-the-art project in terms of sustainability.
