In terms of ESG, SmartUnit addressed the building envelope shortly after acquisition by installing additional insulated cladding and edge insulation, as well as EV charging stations. The roof was also renovated at a later stage. The existing roof covering was used as a vapor barrier and additional roof insulation was installed. Further ESG improvements are being developed in line with our ESG strategy.
