Stockerau, Flexiparks Vienna North II
Flexiparks Vienna North II is an extension of the existing Flexiparks Vienna North concept and has been developed on a site covering 8,264 m². The site is also located in the industrial area of Stockerau, with direct access to the A22 motorway and excellent connections to Vienna and Vienna International Airport (approx. 43 km). Various companies, retail parks, and the Hofer logistics center are located in the immediate vicinity.
The new development consists of two buildings (C and D). Together, they offer approximately 5,700 m² of modern halls and office space, divided into 15 units starting at 250 m². Each unit will have approximately 50 m² office space and 50 m² of mezzanine storage as standard, which can be fully tailored to the tenant’s needs. A total of 32 parking spaces will be provided.
As with Flexiparks Vienna North I, the focus is on flexibility: units can be combined or furnished with showroom, office, and social areas, depending on business needs.
The development is being designed in accordance with current sustainability standards, including:

Flexiparks Vienna North II is a future-oriented expansion of the industrial offering in Stockerau. Completion: end of 2025. Availability on request.
