Boom, Neteweg 1

The new building constructed at Neteweg 1 connects to Scheldeweg 8 and strengthens our presence in the dynamic environment of the A12 motorway.

The new complex comprises 1,654 m² of modern warehouse space and 170 m² of high-quality office space, designed to the same high standards as the existing building at Scheldeweg 8. The buildings were developed with a view to obtaining BREEAM ‘Very Good’ certification at a later stage, including optimal insulation and rainwater recovery.

This development is strategically located between Antwerp and Brussels, close to the A12, making it an absolute prime location.
