Why sustainability is so important
The world is changing rapidly. Climate, energy, and circularity are the challenges of our time.
Guided by the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the European Green Deal, we are striving for a future in which we work together to drastically reduce our CO₂ emissions and pursue climate-neutral construction.
Sustainability: our approach
At SmartUnit, we believe in sustainable growth based on common sense. Instead of constantly building new developments, we often redevelop existing business parks and modernize existing infrastructure. This allows us to limit the impact on open and green areas and contribute to a more efficient use of space.
Our approach is all about circular real estate development: by reusing and transforming buildings, we extend their lifespan and reduce CO₂ emissions. The result is modern, energy-efficient light-industrial units that meet current and future standards in terms of sustainability, comfort, and functionality.
